Our Advisory Role Includes

  • Establishing clear company/owner objectives
  • Determining enterprise valuation & credit condition of the company in order to assess transaction feasibility
  • Developing structural & financial alternatives to determining the optimal transaction strategy
  • Implementing tactical & contingent critical path for execution of the transaction
  • Assisting in the preparation of company information, business plan, financial presentation incorporating the proposed transaction structure & terms, and additional information\analyses for presentation to financing sources and/or transaction counter parties
  • Identifying, developing and qualifying an appropriate distribution list of targeted transaction candidates; whether requisite lenders in the case of refinancing or acquisition related financing needs, or acquisition candidates, prospective capital providers or outright buyers in the case of a change of ownership-based transactions
  • Leading the development, negotiation & documentation of the terms & conditions of the transaction through closing
